Bassiks is a dynamic techno DJ/Producer duo formed in 2017. Hailing from Greece, both members have had a lifelong passion for music, which led them to the vibrant hub of Amsterdam in recent years. Their sound is characterized by driving grooves, powerful basslines, and a raw, underground aesthetic. They strive to infuse their performances with this groovy signature, aiming to create a memorable musical experience at every venue they play. They have graced stages at clubs and events worldwide, in countries including Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and India, headlining events and sharing decks with esteemed artists of the industry such as Sam Paganini, The Yellowheads, TKNO, Axel Karakasis, Dextro, Aether and Ankytrixx among others. They have appearances at renowned festivals like Geheime Liefde and HRFST in The Netherlands while their journey has included appearances at Amsterdam Dance Festival and shows at iconic venues such as Club Paradiso in Amsterdam, where they've had the honor of sharing the stage with influential artists like Remy Unger and Joey Beltram, ROD and others. In their pursuit of leaving an imprint on the music industry, they infuse their unique character into each creation, sharing their sonic journeys with releases on respected labels such as Boiler Underground, Gain+, Syncopate, Pure Dope Digital and Addeepted Records and notably they had their first vinyl EP on Rawsery Records. Their music have garnered support from influential figures in the techno scene, including Jay Lumen, Gaston Zani, Dok&Martin, Luis Miranda, and Dj Rush, who featured their track during his set at Awakenings on ADE and Lilly Palmer on BBC Radio 1, while their 'Rushing In' EP reached N.1 on beatport's top 100 Raw/Deep/Hypnotic releases. Passionate about sharing their love for music and fostering the underground culture, they also curate and host 'Frequencies', a techno music event where they perform alongside guest DJs, contributing to the growth of the global Techno community. With a commitment to pushing boundaries, Bassiks continue to make waves in the techno scene.
