There will also be discussion about The Stalking and Harassment and Risk Profile Tool. Dr. Tabor holds a DNP in forensic practice, is a Board-Certified Advance Forensic Nurse and holds an RN license. She served two terms on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Forensic Nurses and earned the Distinguished Fellow recognition. Dr Tabor lectures at the state, national and international level; and serves the Department of Defense in military trials. She served as the inaugural director for two programs: Arkansas Infant & Child Death Review Program and the first hospital-based sexual assault unit in Arkansas. She has testified before the legislature on numerous occasions and has consulted at the Pentagon.
