Episode 1 - Breaking down Happiness - Cause & Definition by The Happiness Habit Podcast published on 2021-12-03T16:44:37Z Habit by definition - an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become involuntary / a customer practice / a dominant or prevailing structure or tendency Emotion > Mood > Emotional home > Personality Think of/write 3 things you think to yourself daily. - What could you assume about someone who thinks these three things predominantly - Mine were - this isn’t real/too good to be true/I can’t keep this up/I'm not good enough so I have to compensate for inferiority What would you want your habit to be? - What are 3 things you would assume this person would think Happiness = alignment Frequency raised to receive guidance/response from god Feel it first . Then it comes based on law of attraction You don’t have to follow along with the circumstances—that’s not a thing / you can feel good when shit it going awry What else could a circumstance mean? You owe nothing to the world to lower your vibration to that of the world / this is not a contract You don’t get it not because you don’t want it but because you’re not a vibrational match to it Leave out what feels bad / don’t neglect but minimize Amplify what feels good Low vibration maintains and lowers (ever notice how a bad day sustains or gets worse) High vibration sustains and raises (good day gets better) No happiness will come without choosing it, it won’t sustain = outer circumstances (unhappy on vaca) Unhappiness occurs when the knowingness of your inner being is challenged by a thought that creates resistance Be happy because its who you are, not because you found something to make you that way Its the difference between creating health and preventing disease Meditation as a tool to access emotionally Genre Religion & Spirituality
