The music industry truly forgot what it means to be a true artist. As a young emcee, the 21-year-old sensational Pride Mnisi, mostly known as KG (KidGraze) , gives you unbelievable lyrics and smooth R&B melodies on astonishing hit records, often expressed in an exquisite, zealous, and poetic way. As a fairly new American Citizen, this South African youngster is rapidly proving himself to be part of the 5% portion of artists who have raw, unstoppable talents with highly advanced lyrical abilities or melodic choruses that make continuous hit-record quality music. With his 2 upcoming mixtape albums "I.O." and "Women Only", KG plans on breaking through the industry and with those 2 projects and a lot more to build his brand and impact his generation in major ways from his current city (Sacramento,CA) to the rest of the world. Even though a lot of KG's music is for the pleasure of his fans, he has a message and he is a strong voice in his generation and the newer generations. His goal is to spread positivity and peace through his entertainment and influence the youth to pursue their dreams.
A South African-American who grew up in Johannesburg for half of his life and in Sacramento California for the other half wrote his first rap lyrics when he was 11 years old, influenced by the gangsta rap type of music by 50 cent, The Game, Eminem, and NWA. He started with a very aggressive style and later developed more of his sensitive side as he recorded songs about love and based them on his girlfriends in his middle school and early high school years. At a very young age, the more he wrote the more advanced he got lyrically. He loved sharing his music on the internet. "I used to feel like a mini internet celebrity", Kid said, "I used to get hundreds of views and downloads on my myspace page. It motivated me to work on more hits for my fans." So far there's been a few great songs from KG's mixtapes, that a lot of people feel like is under-rated and overlooked and believe that they should be seen on TV and heard on the radio. The harmony and smooth verses from "Gorgeous" and the energy and uplifting spirit from "Rise Up" (Over rapper Drake's "Club Paradise") shows that KG is destined for greatness. Working with other potential rising stars in Sacramento like A. Owens, Jasmine Nichol, Melly, Zariah and Guttie, he proceeds to give his fans even more than they want.
After finishing his mixtape "Official", KG will be releasing music videos on youtube channel(YouTube.com/youngkillamusic) for his singles "Gorgeous" and "Rise Up" and will have the mixtape available on multiple hip hop blog sites, including datpiff, livemixtapes, and more.
Currently, he is composing and recording two mixtape albums "I.O" and "Women Only". "I.O." will express more of his emotions features a few hit records. He wants to express his deepest feels about how he feels about the world and his life. "Women Only" has a lot of songs that modern females love and features sensuality, love, and uplifting messages to women all around the world. This album will have female rappers and singers featured and no other male voice besides KG himself.
While releasing these mixtape albums, KG will pursue live performing locally or even nation wide and will soon be available in your city so you can feel his energy and passion. Once you enter his world you will want to keep up with him, mainly via YouTube (www.Youtube.com/youngkillamusic) and Rever Nation (www.reverbnation/youngkillamusic) and you will experience what he is dedicating his whole life for just for you.
