God has provided me with this closing statement: I know it's not politically correct to use the words "God" and "government" in the same sentence, and as I was an atheist for most of my life I know how uncomfortable the word "God" can be to some folks. But we love our country, don't we? We want to be free, to live in peace, to be truthful and seek justice for everyone. Shakespeare was famous for these words "A rose, by any other name would smell as sweet". The words Love, Freedom, Peace, Truth, and Justice have often been used to describe God in both the old and new Testaments; the Bible is merely a training guide for us to be more like God in these ways. We all know these concepts exist in our hearts and minds--it's just translating them into right actions that gives us trouble. If we are to save this nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, we MUST set aside our petty differences and concentrate on the Godly principles upon which our nation was founded. This CANNOT be done by voting over and over for this political party or the other--we must change the way we vote. We must vote for BILLS, not baloney. For my fellow candidates can promise all kinds of wonderful changes but they will happen over the "dead bodies" of the other 564 politicians in Congress. As a VoteKISS candidate I represent 3 short and simple, pre-written bills that solve our biggest problems in ways everyone can understand and most of us can agree with. I will ONLY vote for these bills if elected so voters won't have to worry about what other mischief I will get into. You may think it will be far more difficult for 100 million voters to agree on the wording of bills than 565 legislators, but READ THE BILLS at www.votekiss.org. If they provide you with just a kernel of hope that the bills can change government for the better, that's more than these other candidates can offer with their wishful thinking. Vote to Keep It Short and Simple this November. VoteKISS! 2012-10-24T14:31:06Z
