LYNCHS Founded around sibling rivalries and northern soul, LYNCHS are four young lads from Wigan wanting to take over the world. With their raw and punchy sound, the band announced themselves with their, debut Manchester show supporting LIINES in March 2018; a show John Robb described as ‘a set of tight and perfect songs’. Following the buzz from their debut EP ‘The City’, in March 2019 the band sold out their first headline show at The Star and Garter. In April 2019, LYNCHS won the nationwide TrashedTV competition from over 1,500 entries to play Kendal Calling. After being shortlisted by BBC 6 music’s Chris Hawkins, the band went on to win a live final decided by a panel including representatives from Kendal Calling and XS Manchester. Also during the summer of 2019 the band played Dot to Dot Festival for the second time and collaborated with Sound City to play at Manchester International Festival. In May 2019 the band were approached by Wigan Council to work with international artists Al and Al in launching the town's regeneration strategy .
