Kräuterbeet Leo Kraut Berlin Progressive, Melodic and Psychedelic Trance from Eberswalde. Booking: via Instagram (@Leo.Kraut) Leonard Kraut aka Kräuterbeet was born in 1994. 13 years later, when he learned to play guitar, he, his brother Hauke and his friend Tobias Nitzbon started to play together. After two years they founded (with another friend called Daniel Ducci) the band Iridium Flair. 2009 and 2010 in the age of 16 they recorded and mixed their debut-album “Lyra” which was Leos first contact with Cubase and generally editing music with a DAW. One year later, he made his first electronic production. When he first started, Leonard created several Dubstep tracks, but in Autumn 2012 he entered into the world of Goa-Psychedelic Trance by going to the “Joint-Venture” Party in Hamburg. After this mind blowing experience, he directly switched his style to psytrance and later to progressive trance. Over the years producing music, he realized the importance music had in his life. His first serious production was his remix of Mind Void and Metaprog “Crystal Ship” (released in Spring 2014) and Quantenphysik, which was also his first collaboration with Noize Freqz, who organized the mastering of this track. (Both tracks are freely available on his facebook-site.) For 2015 he plans to release his first EP “The Elders Thoughts” on PsyLab Records (Noize Freqz) which includes the eponymous/same-named track with the vocals of Iridium Flairs “I’m not alone”, a song written and sung by Tobias Nitzbon, the singer and Keyboarder of their band. Keep tuned for Kräuterbeet unique melodic, yet driving sound!
