Feast for the Soul Sarah McLean Santa Barbara The Feast for the Soul is 40-day spiritual practice intensive observed each year on January 15. Thousands of people worldwide observe the Feast by committing or recommitting to their spiritual practice for 40 days in order to expand their awareness and cultivate personal peace.
