Genre Entertainment Comment by CirrusMinor The moment before Chris said Riki Lindhome, I thought about Kate Micucci! 2021-07-28T13:58:30Z Comment by CirrusMinor The Bee Gees of the early '70s would surprise a lot of listeners. There was no falsetto singing back then, their music sounded much more like the Carpenters. And there was some really good stuff. Like "I Was The Child" or "Trafalgar" 2021-07-28T13:36:50Z Comment by CirrusMinor Doctor Who still remains the role of her career as far as I'm concerned. 2021-07-28T12:03:54Z Comment by CirrusMinor I ranted at such a celebration recently during the football (soccer) Euros. The French team had been playing HORRIBLY ever since the start of a match that should've been an easy win and when, finally, a player scored a goal that helped us breathe a little, he started doing his signature bragging dance. I was like, "fuck you, you don't get to dance for that. Score another two and THEN you can dance, motherfucker" 2021-07-28T11:34:47Z Comment by draco416 You guys haven't seen Killing Eve? TRAVESTY! 2021-07-27T16:56:04Z Comment by CHOPFYT the thing about quiet place is its probably not a great movie deaf people to watch (i assume) as the noises that alert the monsters are surely difficult to convey to deaf people? 2021-07-27T15:34:42Z Comment by Dan Harvey Actually some of the cuts in 1917 aren't in obvious places. There's a moment where the two soldiers run accross some open ground then jump into a trench - camera looking at them from the front, they never go out of frame. The cut is actually between them jumping into the trench and landing at the bottom, the second or two in between of them sliding down the mud into the trench is all CGI 2021-07-27T13:19:00Z Comment by Will R Old man yells at QR code shaped cloud!! Here a lot of restaurants are doing QR codes too, but the server asks you if you are ok with the digital menu or if you want the physical one. Also, the QR code is just a link to download a PDF menu 2021-07-27T03:10:18Z Comment by Ben Carlson Jimmy Fallon underrated? Maybe in a handful of SNL sketches (like the Barry Gibb Talk Show), but overall, Fallon might be the worst in our current crop of late show hosts. Iām genuinely curious on what he is underrated for 2021-07-27T02:49:25Z Comment by TheycallmeMr.Pibb You guys made fun of Marvin Harrison? You are braver men than I am. 2021-07-26T20:09:53Z Comment by Shaggynuts You can get dogs debarked. they still bark just not as loud. you can only do it once 2021-07-26T16:54:01Z Comment by Mark Ritz One? of Free Guy's chase scenes was filmed around the corner from my office, so I'll probably see it. He's back in town to film "A Christmas Carol" this month with Will Ferrell and Octavia Spencer. He films a lot in Massachusetts. 2021-07-26T16:30:31Z Comment by Dumahim I think at the time Rosario didn't seem like the right person, but after watching the movie I think she was great. Especially the rooftop dance. 2021-07-26T16:24:19Z Comment by Dumahim Also on the youtube subject. The search results have just gone completely out the window at this point. I used to search a specific thing every few months just to see if there's any new videos, but lately it's giving me results that do not match what I'm searching for in any way. It's "Chris Cornell reaction" and here's a sample of results I get. A Linkin Park tribute, a Halestorm live performance, a Linkin Park vocal analysis, a Pink Floyd vocal analysis, and "Clowncore is my new favorite genre of music" 2021-07-26T12:44:23Z Comment by Dumahim You don't even need to watch something on youtube before it floods you with similar videos. A few days ago I had a video about restoring a rusty knife. Apparently that's a thing. The next day I start getting all sorts of videos about restoring rusty tools and utensils. I have an ongoing issue with lockpicking videos creeping in every few months where I have to mark "not interested" on about a dozen videos before it gets the hint. I got to the point I had to block certain channels. If I EVER want to watch something without getting flooded with related videos, I open in a new incognito window. 2021-07-26T12:33:48Z Comment by Dumahim There's no way I'd be giving them my number. "Sorry, don't have my phone with me. " 2021-07-26T12:12:14Z Comment by Mark Ritz All the restaurants I've been to in the last 3 months agree with Chris. QR or one-use paper menus to stop virus spread. I do like the text-for-table, then I can walk away and don't have to stay in pager range š 2021-07-26T11:54:20Z
